Well, it’s been a while now (over 3 months actually) since I last made a detailed article about Aura’s military clothing or one specifically about Aura for that matter, so figured it’s a good time to post one. A “good time” meaning that her patience was growing super-thin ^^; Aura’s been giving me these looks like she wanted to shred me into parts so to make up for her there were quite a few additions like for example medals, aiguillette (silver chain thingy on her right chest), earrings, belt mods, change of hair-style and epaulettes (shoulder straps) which were created from scratch. The idea was to emphasize the look of authority on her so it might seem like I’m overdoing it. Additionally, although it is kinda hard to tell from her clothing, I’ve also gotten her a DD3 Dynamite Body which will be introduced later in the post. Mild doll nudity up ahead so if you’re viewing this in the office or in public, please be warned ;3

A closer look on the accessories I’ve added.
To start off, the jacket she’s had hanged on her shoulder is now chained around the neck to prevent it from sliding off. The aiguillette on her right shoulder is made out of a thick metal chain instead of braided cord like in real life (too difficult to replicate). The hakenkreuz ribbon bar on her neck was put together with a ribbon and metal charm from Aura’s previous dress. The medals on her left chest were made put of metal bead parts. The same fashion as Sora’s military outfit. The medal on her stomache was something I made up but the ribbon tied to the button was I heard supposed to represent a rank in the military.

I’ve added an extra belt on her hips and covered it with a silver fabric material cuz it looked unbalanced with just one. Hoping Yuzawaya would restock the red gems too. Also if you look closely, you’ll notice that her thighs are more thicker than compared to DDII’s. mm….thighs…

Her hair-style changed from a regular princess-cut (hime-cut) to one with a pony tail. She seemed more like Aura this way imo. Have to do something about the wig net slightly peeking out on her left.

The epaulettes on her shoulder was something I put together from bunch of strings and ribbon. My desk was a mess when I did.

Had no idea how these things were made so might come back later and fix it.
The earrrings were something I modded from the hair ornament sold at Doll Show. I used a metal pick for this but it’s advised that you use a small drill to safely clear out the hole. The hair pin kinda looked out of place in this military uniform but now it’s in a better use ;3

Took a snap while changingAura’s body from DDII body to DDIII Dynamite. Notice how the DDII torso with the Dy shapely bust in the pic above has an extra parting line. Didn’t know this when I bought it but this is because Dy bust parts are shorter than DDII’s.

Was starting to get hot in Japan and thought the black jackets were a little too stifling so I left her like this after I was done with taking a few photos. Despite the lack details, it’s actually not so bad.

Also found this chair at Volks Akihabara. Dark red because it’s Aura’s theme color. The manufacturer is called Shibata-something and the price was 3600 yen which is ridiculously cheap compared to the ones made by Volks ;3

The chair feels a bit short for a DD body but for what it’s worth I can’t complain ^^;
（DDには若干低めですが値段が値段なので仕方ないですね。）
Hmm…need to relocate this chair somewhere else tho. Can’t see a thing on the computer with this blocking my sight.

シャツとスカートの相性は抜群でした・・
ウェストも中々でしたが個人的に気になった部位はふとももでしたねｗ

My favorite girl is back and more awesome than ever >:3 she looks a lot more higher ranking than she previously was, a short whip would be fitting ^^;
Cheap furniture is cheap! 3.6k yen sure is a bargain ;3; i’ve been looking online for something very nice and leather upholstery but I’m looking at 100′s of dollars, they would be great for certain themed I’d love to do eventually.
Good to see Aura getting some love again x3!

Yeah, figured if I was gonna call her Führer or 閣下 I should at least make her look like one of the top elites in the military^^; Thinking of buying her this whip at Shinjuku Volks and create some kind of a holster to tie it to her thighs…:3

So cheap that it gets me worried at times XD There are even cheaper chairs in YJA where some start as low as 1 yen o_0 Haven’t seen one up close but it’s design I wouldn’t mind having one for Aura :3
Since Xera had 2 turns in a row, I’m thinking of doing the same for Aura….but the lack of good designed bikinis for dy bodies has made things rather difficult^^; hmm…

Finding the right thing is always hard, but maybe a wet towel’s translucency may prove to be quite titillating as well? ;3

The wet towel thing could work now that I’ve made a DD sized one but not sure how Aura would take this. She’ll say something like “you expect me to wear this rag while everyone else wore a bikini!?” XP
Stuff in Japan does suffice a hobby life of most otaku but in my case it doesn’t X3 Need access to a couple of goods at oversea shops (guns etc) but no credit card to do the job. Gotta make a card one of these days…;3

Great post, I really like Aura’s new hair style, gives her a more radical image. As for her clothing update, she sure has a lot of metal on her XD to a point where she is pretty much bullet proof XD. The ear ring is sure another small but very nice touch. It’s little things like that, making your girls unique. Keep up the great job (^^)b

The normal straight hime-cut wasn’t bad with the hat on but didn’t have the spice that made up Aura’s image. Plus it’s been her trademark for quite some time :3

Thanks^^ The idea of putting an earring on my daughters was partly inspired by the DD Sakuya pics I’ve seen recently. It’s not as difficult as it may look so recommend it for your daughters too :3 Maybe not for Yuu tho since it’s not her character^^;
i love the way she looks. she is quite the german girl with all her medals and she even has an iron cross.

Aura looks gorgeous, really love that look on her from the start and it’s nice to see how it evolved, how you adapted it. Some of the accessories you made like those epaulettes are really fantastic, they look terrific. Great work!

The chair makes a perfect accessory to pose her with, a good find! Would love such furniture for my girls but shipping fees for objects that size are horrendous.
How is the DDDy3 body? It looks quite mobile and more movable than the previous version.

Thanks! There are plethora of detailed military outfits for SDs in the market but the stuff out there for DDs always seemed to lack detail. Been wanting to do something about my Aura’s and that’s when I visited this military uniform DD blog I mentioned in Aura’s previous post. It was this that inspired me to make my own :3 I may have gone a little overboard compared to this person’s daughters tho^^;

Indeed :3 Been incorporating stuff on the desk into my photoshoot like the speaker and monitors but there were just so little I could do with them ;3 The chair is actually pretty light so shouldn’t cost much to have it shipped. You may have problem securing it tho because it sells fast^^;

Never actually had a DDIIdy body so don’t know how much of it has improved. Compared to DDIIs the arm is more flexible, and the legs are easier to bend I think :3

I heard others kinda complaining that clothes for their other DDII bodies didn’t fit on the DDIII body but it seems like maybe your not experiencing that? :0 Because I wanted to get a white DD III body for my secret project we both know about
but many other DD owners were having complications X_X so now I am looking for a white DDS body :0….wait I think you know off all of this XD what am I saying? Ahahaha!

Though I do feel the so many metals are a bit much but other than that it looks amazing. And I actually thinks she looks nice with her jacket off! XD A bit more…”relaxed”. Poor dear. Gonna suffer from a heat stroke XD. Can’t wait to see Sora’s post! It’s Sora’s next right? ^_^

Ah, yes that secret project :3 Err…well first of all this is a DDIII Dynamite body so can’t compare Aura’s previous DDII with a DDIII body^^; I don’t think you should have too much problem with it tho unless it’s a really tight fitting clothes. Aura’s German military uniform was meant for DDII L-bust body but she’s wearing it just fine with the DDIII Dy body.

Thanks! Yeah, Aura in her completed form is good looking but I enjoyed taking photos of her with the jacket off more. Dunno how but the poses come to me more naturally this way…like as if her heart is more open to me…in a way X3

Ya, I’ve heard rumors about the DDIII bodies and their tendency to be brittle in some parts >_< Not much spare parts in the market either so will have to be extra careful^^;
